Overview
Purolator's Sweet Savings / Flat Rate Box campaign was developed for the holiday season, a critical business period for shipping, gifting, and promotional activity.
The campaign needed to support two connected goals: promote seasonal savings and increase awareness of Purolator's flat rate box offer. The work had to communicate value quickly while maintaining a festive, recognizable, and brand-aligned presence across a wide range of customer-facing and internal channels.
The business challenge was to create a scalable campaign system that could handle a high volume of deliverables while staying clear, consistent, and production-ready across every format.
Direction & Approach
The creative direction used a holiday sweet-inspired visual language to make the promotion feel festive, approachable, and easy to recognize.
The system combined bold seasonal graphics, product-focused messaging, and clear promotional hierarchy to support quick comprehension across formats. The visual tone needed to feel cheerful and timely without losing Purolator's brand credibility or overwhelming the offer.
The campaign direction was built to work across broad awareness placements and functional retail touchpoints, giving the system enough flexibility to support different message priorities.
System Thinking
The campaign was developed as a flexible visual system that could scale across digital ads, social assets, transit media, in-store displays, posters, internal communications, motion, and production-ready print materials.
My role covered the full creative execution process, from concept refinement and asset development to layout adaptation, final artwork, and production preparation. AI tools were also integrated into the workflow to generate and adapt assets more efficiently while staying aligned with the approved direction.
Outcome
The campaign delivered strong seasonal visibility across multiple high-impact channels, reinforcing Purolator's holiday savings message during one of the brand's most important business periods.
The scalable campaign system helped maintain consistency across customer-facing, internal, digital, motion, transit, and retail touchpoints while supporting fast production across a large volume of assets.
