Overview
Purolator's Holiday Spirit Delivered campaign was created for one of the brand's busiest and most visible periods of the year. The goal was to reinforce Purolator's role in helping customers deliver gifts, care, and connection during the holidays.
The challenge was to create a campaign that felt warm and emotionally relevant while still working across a large volume of practical communication needs, from digital and print to retail and internal channels.
Direction & Approach
The creative direction focused on the emotional side of holiday delivery. Festive visuals, warm seasonal cues, and clear messaging hierarchy helped position Purolator as a reliable partner during a high-pressure shipping season.
The system was designed to feel optimistic and approachable without losing the clarity and trust expected from the brand.
System Thinking
My role included adapting the campaign direction across digital, print, motion, retail, and internal communication assets. Working within a small team, I helped refine layouts, prepare production-ready artwork, and maintain consistency across formats and specifications.
The work required balancing emotional storytelling with functional clarity so the campaign could support both brand awareness and direct communication.
Outcome
The campaign created a cohesive seasonal presence across multiple customer-facing and internal touchpoints, helping Purolator maintain visibility and consistency during the holiday period.
